We had a great Thanksgiving week and were able to eat two meals, one with my parents the Saturday before Thanksgiving and then one with Justin's family on Thanksgiving Day. Both were yummy meals. Our moms make most of the same things but do it differently and I love both ways! Brice and Anna were off of school the whole week but we filled the time easily and everyone was actually happy playing together! Justin took Brice to Stone Mountain the day before and I made our traditional Advent rings with Anna. Other than that we laid low and watched a lot of TV as well as played outside. It was a gorgeous week here in Atlanta. Now the house is decorated for Christmas, minus the tree and I am getting into hyper "let's get it all done" mode along with planning a birthday party!!
I just tried to upload pictures and it seems I have run out of storage space. While I would love to figure out the solution right now, I just don't have the time! IF I find the time, I will upload and keep you all up to date with pictures. Otherwise, you may just have to settle for words until the New Year. You think I'm kidding? I'm not. I think between Facebook and Shutterfly (Kodak Gallery has now been bought by them) everyone will get to see our faces. :)
Thank you to all who follow this blog. I promise to try and keep it up through the holidays so I myself can remember all the happenings around here. Kyle is at such a fun age but he is also at a very busy age where almost nothing gets done if he is awake. I have to keep up with him constantly and often ask the other kids to do it which I shouldn't. Enjoy your families this Advent season and I hope you had a great Thanksgiving!!
Watching the parade
More parade watching and making pumpkin pie for Nana's house. Me in the purple sweater was from the night we went to my parents' for their dinner.
Appetizers for the little guy.
Great Grandma talking to Kyle about his puppy.
Playing with Pa is the most fun!
